Farmers Market Cooking Series

Scissortail Farmers Market Cooking Series Sponsored by Shape Your Future!

In 2020, Shape Your Future partnered with the OSU-OKC Farmers Market at Scissortail Park to create a local cooking series. Through this partnership, the new farmers market and Shape Your Future partnered with chefs across the Oklahoma City Metro to bring easy, healthy recipes to life utilizing locally sourced produce from the farmers market.

The OSU-OKC Farmers Market is located at the corner of Oklahoma City Boulevard and South Robinson Avenue, the new market will be open, rain or shine, every Saturday from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. through October. Shopping options include all made or grown in Oklahoma products. A drive-up loading zone called the “Veggie Valet” will also be available for guests to pull their cars up for curbside package pickup on Oklahoma City Boulevard. Check in at the Farmers Market Information tent for help with carry outs and the Veggie Valet service.

The links below will take you to the weekly recipes where you can download and print the recipe card or opt to watch the recipe video. Enjoy!
