Scissortail Park hosts a wide variety of public and private events that vary in size from 10 individuals to 20,000 people. To apply to be a vendor for an event at Scissortail Park, please fill out the form below and provide a brief detailed description of your business and services.
Our process of selecting food trucks and vendors for events and rentals at the Park is focused on businesses that offer unique and artisan foods, products, and services. A staff member will contact you if there is an event or opportunity that aligns well with your business. Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee that you will be a vendor at the Park.
Please Note: We will begin reviewing responses late 2019 to begin booking for 2020 events. Event Applications should be submitted as soon as possible. It may not be possible to process an application for an event less than (30) calendar days from the date the application is received. Due to the Park’s Grand Opening on September 27-29, 2019, and the high volume of rental inquiries, please allow (2-6) weeks for a response.
